ELYXR is a brand new collaborative-band concocting modern synthpop potions. Spearheaded by Seattle-based electronic music songwriter/producer Kasson Crooker (Symbion Project, Freezepop, Rocococo), ELYXR is releasing a string of singles this summer, each a collaboration with a different singer/songwriter. The 3rd single “Crystalline” was co-written with Katrina Kope of the Seattle band Purr Gato and features modern synthpop sensibilities with strong Eurythmics-inspired pop vocals.

WOW this album grew on me fast. My favorite track changes frequently. Step into the Sunshine is brilliantly sinister, Memory disappears beautiful and melancholy. Right now Rare Bird is an amazing unicorn chaser.
